All our products are made locally in our production house in Klang, Malaysia. As we print all our products on demand, please be patient on our slightly longer than usual wait time.

It takes approximately 3-7 working days to print and package your order, and your item usually arrives to you within 7-10 working days after payment has been made. An email confirmation with the order details and tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed.

For urgent orders, please do call us so we can do our best to help you expedite the production and shipment. Extra fees may apply.

RETURNS

For items that arrive to you in the wrong condition – incorrect item, incorrect print, unsatisfactory print etc, we will do a direct 1 for 1 replacement. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel to let us know and we will process the replacement! This process generally takes only between 24-48 hours.

REFUND POLICY

For items that arrive to you in the wrong condition – incorrect item, incorrect print, unsatisfactory print etc, you are eligible for a no questions asked, full refund on the product item itself (minus shipping costs). We do not accept refund requests due to change of mind.
